The Guest Rooms "Emilia" are located in holiday resort - Ustroń Zawodzie - and consist of two houses situated on the same land property. The detailed location is to be found on the map.

   House 1 is located at the Szpitalna Street , which is not arterial street but a side road leading to a nearby houses, sanatoriums and a hospital - the advantage is that the traffic is occasional.
   The house has 3 floors. On the ground floor there are 2 double rooms with bathrooms (no. 1 and 2) equipped with TV set, radio, cordless kettle and kitchen utensils. In front of those rooms there is a small terrace (in the ground level) equipped with deckchairs, tables and sunshades.
   On the first floor there are 2 spacious double rooms (no. 3 and 4) with bathrooms and balconies with a view over the mountains, equipped with TV set, radio, cordless kettle and kitchen utensils. Room no. 3 has a direct entry to the bathroom; room no. 4 possess a spacious bathroom however with an indirect entry from the corridor outside the room. On the first floor there is also a freely available kitchenette equipped with refrigerator and kitchen utensils - that will help you to easily prepare the breakfast or supper. From the kitchenette there is an entry to a glassed terrace that may serve in the summer season as a common room, guest room, dining room or a small conference room with 15-20 seats. The glassed terrace is equipped with TV SAT, video recorder, DVD player, there is also a fireplace. In the winter season this room may be available for an individual request as a New Year's Eve ball-room or a place for a comfortable conference.
   On the 2^nd floor there are two rooms: a double room (no. 5) and a room for 3 people (no. 6) with balcony with a view over the mountains. There is one bathroom available for these two rooms (shower cabin, washbasin, toilet) and an extra alcove with washbasin and toilet; the equipment is like in the other rooms. In each double room there is a double sofa bed and a single backless sofa bed - should the need arise they can be joined to form one comfortable, huge bed.
   In the room for 3 people (no. 6) there is a double sofa bed and two single backless sofa beds.
   The staircase in the House 1 has a welcoming décor and is made of wood and is decorated with many souvenirs.
   The rooms are equipped with central heating; constant supply of hot water is provided.

   House 2 is located between the House 1 and a steep, forested slope of Vistula River in the distance of about 10 metres from the House 1.
   House 2 is a small accommodation with the same standard as the House 1. There are 2 double rooms with bathrooms (no. 1 and 2).
   Room no. 1 has a window over the veranda and is situated on the ground floor. It is adapted for disabled person standards and available for wheelchairs. It is equipped with TV set, radio, cordless kettle and kitchen utensils.
   Room no. 2 with two windows is situated on the second floor, it has a balcony with a view over the Vistula bank and a forested slope. The room is recommended for those who appreciate calm atmosphere and tranquillity. The equipment of this room is similar to this of room 1.
   For both rooms (no. 1 and 2) there is a refrigerator situated in the corridor. Between the houses there is a Mediterranean-like patio, which is a perfect place for sunbathing.
   Around the houses there is a small grove with mushrooms, fireplace (barbecue), long table and chairs - an excellent surrounding for an open-air parties or night festivities.
   There is also a pleasant meadow  - excellent for sunbathing (it is located on the southern slope) and a caravan which is a favourite playground for children.
   "Emilia" Guest Rooms provide you with two car parks (one inside, the second outside the property, free for guests) and a shelter, which might be locked (paid).
   Nearby there is a Vistula bank with meadows and beaches, which is an excellent place for relax. The bank is accessible from the bridge or from the fenced gorge - this is an access exclusively for "Emilia's" guests and is designed for hiking enthusiasts.

-          Mountain excursions to Równica (Chata Zbójecka -"The Robber Hut", Koliba pod Czarcim Kopytem -"The Shelter under the Devil's Hoof".

-          Czantoria Mountain with chair lift, excellent ski runs, summer sledge racecourse, viewing tower, Czech shelter with tasty cabbage soup and excellent beer.

-          The Woody Park of Adventures with wild animals living in natural conditions and the Fairy Tale  Avenue

-          Playgrounds for children (in the summer season -"Utopek", during the winter - "Figle Migle")

-          Salt Caves in the nearby "Malwa"

-          Tennis courts - open air and covered

   Special attention should be paid to the local institutions concerned with health care. Nearby there are a few sanatoriums offering wide range of therapeutic procedures. Mostly recommended are the effective and helpful practices offered by "RÓŻA" and "MALWA" sanatoriums. Very popular and effective is also nearby located nature-therapeutic institute -"Zakład Przyrodoleczniczy".    Highly recommended are freely available salt-spas which offer the convalescence in natural seawaters brought out from the depths of local springs. The temperature of water is about 30-Celsius degree - so the swimming costume is useful all year long.
